1. Contract
By accessing this website, and clicking “Sign Up”, “Join”, “Subscribe” or similar, registering, accessing or using our services for digital products memberships and online courses, you are agreeing to enter into a legally binding contract with Real Fun Marketing, a registered brand owned and operated by Real Fun Life, Corp (also referred to as “we”, “us” and “our”), whom will be the controller of your personal data provided to, or collected by or for, or processed in connection with our Services. If you do not agree to this contract and its Terms of Use, do not click “Join” (or similar) and do not access or otherwise use any of our Services. You are agreeing to these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible to comply with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. This Contract applies to Members and Visitors, even if you are using our Services on behalf of a company. When you register and join this Service, you become a Member. This Contract applies to www.RealFun.Marketing/cursos and other Real Fun Marketing Cursos-related sites, apps, communications and other services that state that they are offered under this Contract (“Services”), including the offsite collection of data for those Services. Registered users of our Services are “Members” and unregistered users are “Visitors”.
2. Service Eligibility
You promise that:

transfer the materials to another person or ‘mirror', 'frame' the materials on any other server;
monitor the Services’ availability, performance or functionality for any competitive purpose;
override any security feature or bypass or circumvent any access controls or use limits of the Service (such as caps on keyword searches or profile views)
develop, support or use software, devices, scripts, robots or any other means or processes (including crawlers, browser plugins and add-ons or any other technology) to scrape the Services or otherwise copy profiles and other data from the Services;
disclose information that you do not have the consent to disclose (such as confidential information of others (including your employer, if it’s the owner of this license)
imply or state that you are affiliated with or endorsed by Real Fun Marketing without our express consent (e.g., representing yourself as an accredited Real Fun Marketing courses trainer or service distributor);
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Real Fun Marketing at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.
5. Rights and Limits
As between you and Real Fun Marketing, you own the content and information that you submit or post to the Services, and you are only granting Real Fun Marketing and our affiliates the following non-exclusive license:
A worldwide, transferable and sublicensable right to use, copy, modify, distribute, publish and process, information and content that you provide through our Services and the services of others, without any further consent, notice and/or compensation to you or others. You can end this license for specific content by closing your account.

Real Fun Marketing reserves the right to limit your use of the Services, including the number of your connections and your ability to contact other Members. Real Fun Marketing reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your account if you breach this Contract or the law or are misusing the Services.
6. Payment
You’ll honor your payment obligations, based on what you agreed to at the moment you subscribed (monthly, quarterly, yearly payments), and you are okay with us storing your payment information. You understand that there may be fees and taxes that are added to our prices. Refunds available for the first 30 days of purchase if requested by the student.
If you buy any of our paid Services, you agree to pay us the applicable fees and taxes. Also, you agree that:
Your purchase may be subject to foreign exchange fees or differences in prices based on location (e.g. exchange rates).
We may store and continue billing your payment method (e.g. credit card) even after it has expired, to use to pay other Services you may buy.
If you purchase a service, your payment method automatically will be charged for the fees and taxes applicable to that service.
We may calculate taxes payable by you based on the billing information that you provide us at the time of purchase.
You will receive an invoice for your purchase to the email address you provide right after you register for a course. If you lose your invoice, you can also request a copy by going to our Contact us page. You will be able to access all of your invoices through your user profile that you hace access to when you subscribe.
7. Termination
If you wish to terminate this contract, you can do so at any time by closing your account and no longer accessing or using our Services.
Both you and Real Fun Marketing may terminate this Contract at any time with notice to the other. On termination, you lose the right to access or use the Services. The following will remain after termination:
Our rights to use and disclose your feedback;
Members and/or Visitors’ rights to further re-share content and information you shared through the Services;
Any amounts owed by either party prior to termination remain owed after termination.
8. Notices, Messaging and Sharing
You agree with us providing notices and messages to you through our websites, apps, and contact information you provided. You agree that we will provide notices and messages to you in the following ways: 1) within the Service, or 2) sent to the contact information you provided us (e.g., email, mobile number, physical address). You agree to keep your contact information up to date.

For those who live outside of the United States: You and Real Fun Life, Corp agree that the laws of the State of Florida, U.S.A., excluding its conflict of laws rules, shall exclusively govern any dispute relating to this Contract and/or the Services. You and Real Fun Life, Corp both agree that all claims and disputes can be litigated only in the federal or state courts in Orange County, Florida USA, and you and Real Fun Life, Corp each agree to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
